Hotel Reservations

An additional block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark (877-845-7354), because the rooms initially reserved at the Millennium Hotel St. Louis and the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch are sold out.

The Millennium Hotel St. Louis has established both a group rate ($134/night, plus tax) and a student group rate ($107.20/night, plus tax) for Annual Meeting attendees. To make reservations by phone call 1-314-241-9500. Please refer to the Psychonomic Society Annual Meeting in order to receive the group rate.

A block of overflow rooms was reserved at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch, but they have now all been booked (pending future cancellations), so please contact the Millennium Hotel St. Louis (which is not yet full) to make your reservations.

Travel in St. Louis: A taxi from the airport is approximately $35 one way. A shared ride (GO BEST Express) is $17 (online reservation) or $21 (on site) one way, and a town car is $69. The Metro light rail picks up at both teminals at Lambert Field and using the Ballpark Station will get a person within two blocks of the Millennium. The cost is $2.25 for a single one-way ticket. Parking at the hotel is $18 per night.

Call for Papers 2010

The deadline for paper and poster submissions was June 1, 2010. E-mail notifications concerning submissions have been sent. Questions regarding the notifications should be directed to the Secretary-Treasurer.

Submitting a Proposal for an Invited Symposium

The deadline for symposium proposals was May 10, 2010.

Note to Poster Presenters

This year, we are again using a smaller poster format (4 x 4 ft). Each poster must fit on one half of the 8 x 4 ft poster board. Please plan accordingly. Please visit www.psychonomic.org/sugg.html for suggestions on preparing your poster.

Ordering This Year's Program

Programs with abstracts (Abstracts of the Psychonomic Society, Volume 15, November 2010) will be automatically mailed to all members prior to the meeting. Programs may still be purchased for $20 by MasterCard or Visa by contacting the Publications Office at 512-462-2442, 512-462-1101 (fax), or psp@psychonomic.org.
