İmre Tezel is a film industry professional with a background in Economics and Business who also lectured in the Cultural Management department at Istanbul Bilgi University. She has presented a poster titled "Memory and Dream Recall in Film Professionals: Effects of Visual Imagery and Creativity" at the Psychonomic Society conference in 2022. 

Tezel is about to graduate from the MA in Cognitive Psychology department at Boğaziçi University. This year, she will present a poster at the Psychonomic Society conference, titled "Memories Elicited by One's Imagined Death: Effects of the Nature of Emotional Cues on Autobiographical Remembering.”, which is based on her master’s thesis.
