Registration
With over 2,200+ of your colleagues from over 40 countries coming to the Psychonomic Society's 2023 Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California, USA, you can look forward to reconnecting with old friends,
creating new collaborations, engaging in scientific exchange, while enjoying everything the wonderful city of San Francisco has to offer.
All
attendees must register, including members who attend for free.
Registration includes unlimited access to all symposia, talks, poster
sessions, receptions (ID's may be required), and exhibits. Registering online before the meeting lets you avoid lines onsite so you can get to all the great science faster.
Livestream registrations have been canceled as of October 11. Due to rising costs and popular demand for in-person attendance, we've opted to record the Keynote & Symposium sessions for on-demand viewing in mid-December.
Included in registration:
- Over 300 spoken presentations (abstract-driven)
- 5 symposia (member submitted)
- 1,200+ poster sessions (abstract-driven)
- Special sessions such as the keynote address, lunchtime workshops, special D&I symposium, and more!
- Opportunities for collaboration with an interdisciplinary network of early, mid, and senior scientists.
While on-site registration will be available in the hotel, registering by the early registration deadline will significantly increase the speed of your check-in process once on-site. It will also help
cut down on registration times for all attendees.
Registration Refunds
Requests to refund registration fees will be considered if received via email at
info@psychonomic.org by November 1. A $25 processing fee will be retained. Refunds requests will be processed after the meeting. "No shows" receive no refund.
Health & Safety
The safety of our members and meeting attendees is our top priority. Health & Safety Requirements apply to all participants who will be on site at our 2023 Annual Meeting, November 16–19, at
the Hilton San Francisco in San Francisco, California, USA. As of October 1, the state of California, city of San Francisco, Hilton San Francisco Union Square, and Psychonomic Society are not requiring
vaccination, masks, nor social distancing for our 2023 in-person meeting.
