OSTP released an RFI on Public Access to Peer-Reviewed Scholarly Publications, Data and Code Resulting from Federally Funded Research. The RFI was published in the Federal Register on Feb 19, 2020, https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2020-02-19/pdf/2020-03189.pdf.  The deadline for response is March 16, 2020.

This is an important time for open access, and OSTP will benefit from exposure to as many perspectives as possible.
