The Psychonomic Society secured a special rate at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square for attendees of the 2023 Annual Meeting. All events will take place in the hotel. To take advantage of this special rate, you must have booked your room by November 1st.
We
are able to reserve a large block of rooms with the Hilton; in exchange, this hotel offers our attendees the guaranteed lowest group rate at the hotel and provide us with complimentary meeting
space. If we are unable to meet our guaranteed minimum number of registered guests, the Society must pay for the unused guest rooms as well as meeting space rental, which can amount to a severe
financial penalty to the Society. We greatly appreciate your support by booking within our reserved blocks. If you missed the deadline, there may still be rooms available at higher rates than those outlined below.

One night room/tax will be charged at the time of making a reservation. A credit card
will be required.
Cancellation policy: Reservation cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellation for reservations made after this deadline will result in a
penalty fee equivalent to the first night stay. In case of cancellation, your refund will be processed approximately 14 days after you cancel your reservation; please excuse the delay.
Rates will be offered three days before and three days after the main dates of the meeting, pending availability.

Concierge lounge/club level, mini bars, and traditional in-room dining will not be available
during your stay. However, Herb N’ Kitchen located lobby level (and available for guestroom delivery) is available 24-hours for market-style food, drinks, and conveniences, as are other hotel
outlets.
Additionally, there is a large citywide conference (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) in town during our meeting. Dining reservations for dinner are strongly encouraged during this very compressed
time in the city, as it’s very unlikely that walk-ins will be accepted.
The Hilton San Francisco Union Square complies with ADA Guidelines. The hotel is accessible in a variety of capacities, including accessible
routes, egresses, and doorways throughout the property. Audible and visual accessibility includes Braille elevator signage, closed captioning capability on TVs, clock settings, and alarms. Click
