Registration The 2025 Annual Meeting promises to be a memorable gathering, with over 2,000 colleagues from more than 40 countries converging in Denver, Colorado, USA. This event offers a unique opportunity to reunite with peers, forge new collaborations,
and engage in cutting-edge scientific discussions.
All attendees must register to gain full access to all symposia, talks, poster sessions, receptions (ID's may be required), and exhibits. While on-site registration will
be available, we strongly encourage all attendees to register by October 31 to avoid late registration fees. Registering early will expedite your check-in process and help reduce wait times for
all attendees.

- 5 symposia (1 invited, 4 member submitted)
- 1,000+ poster sessions (abstract-driven)
- Special sessions such as the keynote address, lunchtime workshops, special events, and receptions

Registration Categories
Members Registration categories are based on our membership categories. You must have a current membership in order to take advantage of the member registration fees. If you have questions about your membership category
(e.g. in between studies or working in a "pre-PhD" status such as a lab manager or research assistant) please reach out to Member Services for guidance at info@psychonomic.org.
*Guest The guest registration category is for guests who are partners of registered attendees. Guests are allowed to attend our receptions and are not eligible to participate in the educational programming unless they
are providing support for the presenter (e.g., ASL/Voice interpreter). See below.
† Companion Pass If the guest is providing support for a presenter or attendee who needs accommodations,
a Companion Pass will be required. When registering, please note your need for accommodations as well as a request for a Companion Pass. There are no fees for companion passes. Attendees who are eligible to register for the annual
meeting as an attendee may not be registered as a guest.
**Non-member Persons
wishing to register at the non-member rate MUST create a web user account (if they have not already) before registering online. To create an account, click here and follow the instructions for joining as a Member. Do not pay for membership. After creating and saving your profile, return to registration to register as a non-member.
Children Aged 17 and Under Individuals
aged 17 and under can only attend the annual meeting with adult supervision and will not register or receive badges. If you are part of a high school group attending the meeting, please make sure your group leader reaches out to staff
at info@psychonomic.org before the meeting.
Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy You can cancel your existing
registration or request a refund before the meeting in accordance with this policy. All refunds are issued via the same method used for payment. Refunds are processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
Cancellations
received before September 30 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received between October 1 and October 31 will incur a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after October 31.
Notice of cancellation for the Annual Meeting must be made in writing and sent to info@psychonomic.org.
Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
